I was able to find some “bcm” files I took them out, I installed the update of the driver but I still get the Hardware wizard that is trying to install some PCI Modem as usual. I even used "jv16" I removed some Linksys stuff.

I am still using the driver I got when I purchase this adapter. I will try to update from the link above and see what happens although I still want to delete all the other entries on the device manager list. Is there a support page for this adapter on Microsoft site like the one for scanners?
