what is the procedure for transfering call off the cell phone useing Feature Name Extension
I have downloaded the doc for the web site and in usual avaya fasion it reads like it is written from a mars.
Play sounds is ticked, every thing works I hear incomming ringing and the voice transmitions, when I make an out going call, be it a internal or external there is no ringing from the speakers or the head set.
I am installing Phone Manager pro in VOIP mode and every thing works great, however I can not get ringing through the speakers or the headset when making a call. Incomming calls ring in just fine. Any ideas?
As I said before, I connected a t/r set with CLID to CO lines and works ok. I took 308 unit to another location with CLID lines and hooked up, CLID works just fine!! Next step is to refer back to Qwest. Just guess what they'll say! Any ideas on what to say to them??
The postings show many ways to have multible MOH's on the same switch. Using the annoncement/vector only works while in Q. After the call is answered, the single switch MOH is played. The only way to multible MOH both in vector and on hold is to have 'tenant partitioning'. As all Avaya things...
I verified with TR set at RJ that CO is sending CLID. Reset system #989 and still no joy. Using 18 button displays sets. Listened with butt set, data transmitted between ring 1 and 2. Heard rumor that may have to go back to R5. Any ideas??
Adding Polycom video on BRI card to replace local BRI lines. Cust has PRI T1. Have got to point that can receive calls but can't call out! Looking to verify DataMod setup and route pattern setup. PRI trunk group set as callxcall.
