I was hoping to set up multiple music on holds so that we can play sales messages to people on hold in our sales department. I don't want regular clients to hear this.
The postings show many ways to have multible MOH's on the same switch. Using the annoncement/vector only works while in Q. After the call is answered, the single switch MOH is played. The only way to multible MOH both in vector and on hold is to have 'tenant partitioning'. As all Avaya things, RTU's are needed. Also a real pain to program.
Thanks Erock we dont have vectoring enabled. we're using an aspect acd and cisco IPCC for our call center funtions. the g3si is mostly for personal and vendor calls. No big deal it was one of their wish list things.
