Outlook blocked access to the potentially unsafe fi

No, I'm not talking about Outlook Express... But, thanks anyhow... I should of been clear on the software in the Title: Microsoft Outlook. I can't figure out how to disable the 'unsafe attachments checkbox'... More like, I can't remember where it is in Microsoft Outlook.

    Outlook 2002 not sending Email

The emails are all running on an Exchange server, separate from everything else. The user has his own account, as they all do, and has no problem sending emails elsewhere, at least from what I've seen in his Sent items (with him standing behind me.)

    Outlook 2002 not sending Email

I'm on a network, and I have had one user inparticular not being able to send email on his first try. In fact, if he sends it to himself, he doesn't receive it. But, when he resends the email to anyone, no matter what the email, it will then go through. I was wondering if this is a problem...

    Disabling Internet Explorer

It is a good article. I enjoyed it throughly... However, it still does not explain a question that I have been asking. How do I DISABLE Internet Explorer? I have installed SP1 onto a local machine and yes, I do know that if I use the Set Program Defaults and Access, I can disable it that way...

    Disabling Internet Explorer

I took the liberty of searching for the Uatten.txt file and I do not have it in my computer system. Now I wonder if that is because it is a Dell or what... I'm not too sure on that. I will keep searching the Microsoft site to see if I can find any more information.

Excel Question: Can you have an automatic count...

A question has been asked of me and I just can't seem to get the answer. A friend of mine asked me if it was possible to have an excel sheet template, to count like #1, #2, #3, etc in a single cell, each time the excel sheet is open?

    Highest Security with Highest Functionality

Ok Let me see if I can expand upon my question... When you first create a computer, the main user is a default Administrator. When you create a computer as a workstation for a Network, they are able to log into a Domain. Once in a domain they are given different user acounts: Administrator...
