I know there's way to build the routes i did it years ago. Back when telco use to sell two t-1's. One for local and one for ld and you would have to steer them to each t-1.I'm trying to see if anyone would have a complete list of all the routes.

We just cut over a system with 5.0 software with two centrex pri's. My question is i'm doing routing for the local/ld and centrex lines. I'm using (9) for route 001 with a dialout of 9 for local/ld and i'm using (8)for route 002 for centrex. Anyway is there a way in routing that the customer...
Go under lines access and hit show on that one line ( target line ? ). Hit show again and you can multiple appearances of that one target line. That's how you create a roll over group on the switchboard phone.
We had to do a reinstall on it to change dn length from 2 to 3.So when you call in and aa answers you can push anything on the keypad and no response.Going to try to reboot this morning.
I have a customer that has two t1's. All the channels are used for inbound and outbound service. They are setup as e&m winkstart and autoanswer. When a call comes into the fax machine, if it's busy, it rings to the operator. Can i some how make it ring busy if it is in use?

I have a pri on a mics system w/4.1 software. The caller id only displays when i answer the call. Can someone tell me where to program it to display immediately.
