I have a call pilot system that is not recognizing dtmf while a person is in automated attendant.

It's a call pilot 100 and mailboxs and aa pick up. But when you try to dial a ext or by name in aa it does nothing.

This a new install?
Can you enter * and the ext number? or # for directory?

We had to do a reinstall on it to change dn length from 2 to 3.So when you call in and aa answers you can push anything on the keypad and no response.Going to try to reboot this morning.
