Computer Associates Documents # 19108 and 10133 should help you also with the No Cache Problem....Just a word of caution remember these settings are dependent on your server and should be incremented up slowly...specifying too much cache could generate Cache memory out of available memory...
Well,
You may have already done this...but making sure they are all plugged into a switched backbone as well as the server could eliminate any doubt....not sure if i can offer much more assitance with this issue...have been running both of the products you mentioned with no related issues...

Hello,
Getting right to the point...i am currently in the middle of a in-place upgrade from nw5.1sp5 and going to NW6...in the middle of the install i get ccs.nlm Initialization waiting for xmgr...just like TID#10071244...per that document ..i reflashed to latest bios and also booted from...
Very similar situation...however the beta winsock update as sswnet mentioned and reinstalling the SP2 for Netware appeared to resolve the problem...Good luck Al Larger

First thing you must have 4.83client with SP1 or you will have login issues to the manager...as for the "cannot submit job to q" sounds like a unrelated printing issues....as printing is no longer a function with Arcserve 7.0..
You may want to check on your licenses? There is a Novell Tid for backreving the nlslsp.nlm? It has to do with the SP2 Netware patch..Just a thought...
