    Computer Associates Documents # 19108 and 10133 should help you also with the No Cache Problem....Just a word of caution remember these settings are dependent on your server and should be incremented up slowly...specifying too much cache could generate Cache memory out of available memory...

    First thing you must have 4.83client with SP1 or you will have login issues to the manager...as for the "cannot submit job to q" sounds like a unrelated printing issues....as printing is no longer a function with Arcserve 7.0..

    You may want to check on your licenses? There is a Novell Tid for backreving the nlslsp.nlm? It has to do with the SP2 Netware patch..Just a thought...
