SP2 unable to load user dose not have rights

well this is day two of the war SP2 unable to load user dose not have rights to install the sp2 this is the user that was setup at time of server install. how do i get a user with more rights then that one??

help this is is only one of ten server and they need to be out by the 1st march

any help would be great

I'm assuming that you're trying the admin account. Check to make sure you're using the wrong context
admin.whatever

If that doesn't work, try the fully distinguished name
cn=admin.ou=whatever.o=whatever

You may want to check on your licenses? There is a Novell Tid for backreving the nlslsp.nlm? It has to do with the SP2 Netware patch..Just a thought...
