Have a Partner Mail VS R5...appears to be set up OK but when calling into auto-attendant and pressing an ext # the system transfers the call...BUT It rings a couple of times and then say's "transfering call to attendant" the actual mailbox never answers..I've checked everything..Any suggestions...
if you disable the internal csu in the partner and install a 3150 you can get all 24 channels. Can only do this by programing the partner via laptop with acs software.
use an autoattendent mailbox greeting saying press 1 for fax or whatever. send that to fax machine. support calls? not enough info can always use outcalling in mailboxes use a bogus box set outcalling to # u want will inform employee to check message and call back user in trouble. not sure..

I checked "disp sys sec" nothing there either....The ext only list as:
1020 phantom-user 127 1/1
1030 phantom-user 127 1/1
and so on..there are approx 10 of these....
Sorry guy's I checked those also and removed them, they are not the culprit...any other suggestions? I have checked everything...hunt groups, term groups, data ext...ect
