Been trying to obtain ASA...what's the difference between this and DSA....anything major or will DSA work for small changes..?

Nothing major just little bells and whistles that I can't even remember that's how un-important they are, especially for the adds/moves/changes...

DSA is older. Then came ASA. Now it is called Integrated Management Site Administration.

I still have an old copy of DSA release 1.8 dated Feb 2001.

Call an Avaya Business Partner to get a copy of Integrated Management or ASA or whatever they call it now. Should cost you around $30.
