HI there, I created an ACD mailbox with a good DID #. I set NCFW to 9XXXXXXXXXX (cell Phone), but it only works if I dial the internal ext. When I dial externally to try and reach the cell, I get a fast busy...Is there a prompt I'm missing....thanks

All the other lines ring fine.

These sets that are not ringing have an AOM with many line app. All of those lines ring if programmed SCR, but this main line which appears on all 30 sets will only ring on 3 phones. I have moved to different ports, swapped digital cards. The same 3 phones ring and the other don't.

They're all scr. Is there a limit to how many phones with the same ext the PBX can ring?
