2nd line not ringing

Is there a patch for lines not ringing? I have 2 users that I can't get their 2nd line to ring Or tone in. The users our on their primary line, they look down and they have an incomming call roll to their 2nd line, but didn't here it ring. It is programmed as scr.

Have you tried to turn the buzzer volume up on the phone?

try putting rngb in there cls setting this should make the second line ring. if that doesn't work out and rebuild phones.

I checked the phone for the buzz tone..its fine
I tried outing and rebuilding the phone..that didn't work either...

I had this same problem with one user. I tried RNGB and FITA, but that didn't help. When I printed out the TN, I noticed that the 2nd line was set as SCN instead of SCR. When I changed to SCR (like the primary line), it buzzed when a call rolled over.

make sure that you have FITA in the extn CLS & in LD15 DBA in OPT
