Arcserve 2000 Backup Agent for Exchange 2000
Interesting. But nextime you can search for presence of this key in the registry: IsExch2000 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\ARCserveIT\DSAgent\CurrentVersion\Agent\dbaexch. DWORD, value should be 1 after upgrade to Exchange2000. I had this problem and this helped.- licna

No Compression Ratio Stat
I think the problem could be in tape drives. The drive must support "Media Remaining Capacity" message, it writes this into Activity Log then. If it does not, it does not mean the HW compression is not working, but you are not getting this info from AS. I am affraid the only method to...- licna
