    Arcserve 2000 Backup Agent for Exchange 2000

    Interesting. But nextime you can search for presence of this key in the registry: IsExch2000 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\ARCserveIT\DSAgent\CurrentVersion\Agent\dbaexch. DWORD, value should be 1 after upgrade to Exchange2000. I had this problem and this helped.
