Sorry, I was referring to Roaming profiles in my last post.
To get the default user profile into the NetLogon share, create an account that you want to use as the default. Next, logon to the same machine with an Administrative account, right-click on My Computer, goto
->Properties
--->Advanced...
You may store the user profile in any shared folder on your server. (Tip-Make sure that you give the proper share & security access.)
Then point the user profile from the AD Users & Computers, ot Local Users & Computers, to that share.
The Win32 executable mentioned above (pdxcliffy) is great for your server. However, instead of installing anything else on your clients, simply enter the following into a Command Prompt:
net time /setsntp:<your server IP>

Microsoft is vague (at best) as to which system should receive the registry changes.
I would start the procedure on the server (always backup your registry before editing!)& test the effect.
Then apply the "fix" to the client machine.
