    Boot up time?

    W2k should only go as fast as the OS was intended to run. The system should not effect that. After the OS is booted, you can compare differences in the machines. Hope this helps

    Can anyone tell me how to run any Linux Distribution on a partition alongside Windows 2000 Pro? I want to install Linux on a seperate partition (D:). 2000 is already installed on Drive C:. Thanks in advance!

    View>details then Tools>Folder Options Select View tab and scroll the list Make sure to put a check next to "Remember each folders view setting" Tested this on my machine and it worked! Good Luck

    How do I take my exsisting file system (FAT32) and change it to NTFS? Can I do this from within Windows 2000 or is there another software program that can do it?
