    Here is a FAQ regarding slow logins to a 2000 domain. It still applies to 2003 server. http://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?spid=779&sfid=4017 In my experience the slow login is attributed to not having the primary DNS on the XP client set to the domain controller.

    I am having the same problem where it doesn't show the domain in locations. What exactly did you have to do in DNS?
