Do you have other programs running, that pop up windows like Msn messenger, or icq? Check to make sure programs like that don't have the "always on top" tab checked, under there options or properties menu.

Thanks, but yes, I already have done that. The card has an installation program, with an option of win 95, 98, drivers, and win 2k, and xp. I also tried downloading updated drivers from the manufacturer site.
