I posted the other day, about my dual monitor problem. For some reason I can't login to my old account, and the old thread isn't here from feb. 12. I just installed win 2k pro. and am using the apollo 32 thrill 315, with 128 mb's of ram. this card is suposed to run dual monitors, but now after i switched from win 98 se, to win 2k pro, my video card will only do single monitor, or mirror image on both monitors. Can somebody help?///

does the card have/support Windows 2000 drivers? Youre 98 drivers will not work correctly with this card. You'd need to check the manufacturer's website and download supported, and certified, Windows 2000 drivers for that card in order to have a shot at it. pbxman

Thanks, but yes, I already have done that. The card has an installation program, with an option of win 95, 98, drivers, and win 2k, and xp. I also tried downloading updated drivers from the manufacturer site.

Can you contact Support with the video card manufacturer?
I had a similar issue with a Matrox video card, and I had to follow a very specific set of instructions to get it to work properly on Win2K.

No, I am not exactly sure how to contact them. I did write an email, but they have not yet responded. But, I will try a little harder on that. Thanks for the advice... I am still looking for ideas though.
