    IVR Implimentation with DS1 Card

O.K. Kevin, what would the pin-out be for the RJ45 connector? If I punch down the 25pr end to a 103 block, do I cross connect pairs 22 & 23? What about the end that goes into the dialogic card?

    IVR Implimentation with DS1 Card

I am in the same boat as skshhi however our IVR is Voice Genie. I have set up the ds1 as above, set-up 24 DS1FD, and assigned them to a hunt-group. I have a data cable going from the TN767/120A to the dialogic card. My question is where does the TN767 get it's signaling from? Does a...

    DS1 Over MICROWAVE

I have an S8700 running ACM 1.3.1 software. I have an EPN installed 11/03, running on Microwave T-1 link's. These links are showing Bipolar errors consistantly (200-242) every 15 minutes on the li mea ds1-f log ######. Our Microwave supplier, myself and a Microwave tech tested the links...

RTU ports pricing, is this insane ?

I have call-center deluxe and was just quoted $20,000 by Avaya to add 50 ACD Agents. Does that seem reasonable??

    Music/Announcements on Hold

I am running S8700 with Comm.Mgr.1.2 and have tenant partitioning enabled as well as vectoring, etc., etc. Is there a way to have announcements play while someone is on hold as well as hear music without using VDN's or Vectors?

Music in Queue for Analog Lines

Question, I have an ACD Hunt Group with analog members that feed into a dialigic board which feeds into an IVR system (not Avaya's). Is it possible when all lines are busy, to have callers wait in queue, hear announcements and music while they wait? I have done everything it seems to get this...

    S8700/S8300

After I did the upgrade to the S8700 Platform, and installed two ISP's on S8300/G700, I was told to check Avaya's website for new software and firmware releases for various circuit packs (e.g. C-LAN, MEDPRO, ect.) Can someone please explain to me what I am looking for, how I tell what release...

    huntgroups

Then you chain them. Let's say you "add coverage pa next", and 50 appears. The first line is "Next Path Number", which you will then enter "51". Once you finish programming cov.pa 50 and save it, you will then enter "add cov pa 51. You can chain multiple...

    huntgroups

Then you don't necessarily need a hunt-group (unless for reporting purposes). What you can do is create a coverage-pa, set the criteria of how you want the calls to ring for inernal and external calls, and add each extension on the point area. Depending of which version your switch is, you can...

    huntgroups

    Sorry. I had them reversed.

    huntgroups

You need to set the hunt group up as a UCD (uniform call distribution). This will send the call to the most idle agent. You probably have it set to DDC (Direct Department Calling) which will send the caller to the first available agent according to the agent assignement in the hunt group form.

    Correcting Announcments/Fragments

Help, I copied a fragment (f1103) to a new fragment (400) and the recording was not correct. I re-copied 400 back to fragment f1103, changed the announcment set on us-eng and the announcement number a1001. Now, when users receive messages, audix does not state the "time" their...

    Trace Agent ACD Calls

Hi there, This is my first thread with Tek-Tips. I currently have a G3R v9.5, soon to be R11. I have an Intuity 5.1, BCMSVu R.2, and CAS 2.2. A question came up from a Supervisor. She would like to know if it is possible to trace an ACD call for a particular agent for the following: 1...
