We are having a problem trying to run jobs submitted by a user in parallel. We modified the setting for job_queue_processes to a higher level but the jobs still run sequentially. DOes anyone have any suggestions?? Thank You

That appears to be it. Looked at the recent patches applied to the PCs and found patch MS04-040, which is a cumulative patch including MS04-038. Uninstalled it from one machine and drag and drop worked again.
