If you have error 9c ,it means that you have monitor and keyboard and mouse ( monitor packege enabled) you must either connect them or disable it( set the SBC dip switch no 8 to on).I hope that helps.

The second dial tone is available on profile one; I used that feature on the last 3 sites. This feature is only available on the MR release not the old 6.1 s/w. Make sure in maintenance that you have 6.1 MR it should end with (G05).

Just I would like to add that you could have a second dial tone if you have the new 6.1 s/w (MR). So if you using PRI the customer can hear dial tone before dialing finally not like before. Thats was one of the enhancements of 6.1 MR
