I have a little SBS 208 at home. Currently only extension 10 rings on incoming calls. I have the programming manual but it is not very clear. Can anyone tell me a simple way to get it to ring on more than one extension? Or at least point me in the right direction?

I have a red light on an expansion box and its not been seen by the system. If I connect a serial cable to the box it complains of TFTP Poll fail There is a recovery process (I think) but I can't find it has anyone got it to hand?

I have exactloy this problem. I need to be able to record outgoing and incoming conversations on users handsets so that a supervisor can listen to them at will. The users don't need vmail. Can you suggest a way of doing this?
