I have put them on a web server. There are 35 Skins in total.

When you download the file you will need to open it with WinRar you can download this from

I actually have a copy of about 90 skins - one of my IT colleagues found them from

These aren't specifically for Phone Manager but the one's we've tried (40+) all work fine on 3.0.14.
