When I dial my ACOD I get the valcom dialtone then a fast busy. When I put a butt set on it and go off hook it works. What are the propoer settings for the route and trunk member
I have a new MICS 6.1 with old M7324 sets, all have target lines apear and ring. The second call to a Target Line goes to prime and does not ring on other sets on target line.
I cannot get a DID call into the Prelude ACD system it only allows up to line 120 to be added. So I cannot add the target line. How can I get around this.
Thanks
Tim
I have an ATA 2 on a 0x32 MICS system and the end user is trying to connect to a dialup application. He gets dropped after about 10 minutes. I tried this myself dialing into a UUnet dialup account I just let it sit there and in less than 10 minutes it disconnected the call. Any suggestions??
Calls not being answered by auto attendant, they go directly to main console. Cannot ping device
HELP never worked on these before any suggestions would be useful.

Awesome answer!! yes the COS is a even number 6 I believe I will change it first thing this morning. Not having the manuals does present it's problems doesn't it.
Thanks
Tim
When dialing out on a PRI T-1 on an 0x32 if you do not dial the entire number quickly, or if you delay at all in dialing you get dropped off. World Com T-1, I do not know of any settings in the 0x32 switch for time to live on dialing out.
What does it mean when you are doing a backup with a rad and receive a message that says (the source and the destination systems DR variants do not match).
Thanks for the ideas, I did try the line port as an option it did not work. When I put a toner on the speaker wiring the tone comes out loud and clear so I know the speaker power and cabling is good. I have another system on the way and will let you know how I make out
Thanks again
