If its the generic greeting: Log into voicemail (F983)"1020000" (if you have 3 digit ext.#'s) "120000" (if you have 2 digit) and press "2" to see if bilingual is "Y" if "N", change. Next it will show the primary language. Change if you want, I wouldnt if everything else is working fine. Press "*" to get to the main screen, press "MBOX", "chng", enter mailbox "100", or "10" whatever your dn length is. Press the "next" button til you get to "service class" if its "1" change to "2" or vice verse then press release. Odd # COS are in primary language (as found out from above), Even # COS are secondary language. Good luck Kevin Clear

Awesome answer!! yes the COS is a even number 6 I believe I will change it first thing this morning. Not having the manuals does present it's problems doesn't it.
