i had the same problem.
The reason for this is because you are sending mail to the BT SMTP servers from your own domain name.
BT SMTP server will route mail from btconnect.com and btclick.com, but if you are sending mail from your own domain thats not hosted by BT, you have to contact...
IF you collect your email via SMTP, then u need to inform the ISP to have SMTP PUSH to the static IP address of the ADSL. On the router u then need to port forward 25 to the Internal IP address of the Exchange server.
You should then be able to telnet (ADSL IP) 25. This should now take you...
