    Hi scriverb, My Hours and Minutes were stored as Short Time, but this didn't work and are now Integer which still doesn't work. In the table 1 hour looks like 100 but on screen look like 1:00 The table is called tblRecharges and the field is called RechargeTime. Thanks. Barbara

    No, access doesnt have this facility, you will have to write your own code. Do you have any experience writing code? What version of access? Can you take a note of the Driver, DSN, Server etc that you connect to when doing this manually and post that info?
