Thanks for the response. The problem is that it is not BLACK Berry....the domain is BACK Berry (10sparky10@mycingular.backberry.net). I did a whois on the domain and you can actually ping it so it is alive. I am not sure how this all started nor how to rectify it.....real stumper

Thanks for the reply When I attempted to do that it said it was a Domain Controller and therfsore could not. I guess I shoulds have dcpromo and demoted the original first (lesson learned). Is there a work around now though?

No, I mean the program (Outlook). 1. Open Outlook 2. Go to "Help" 3. Select "Detect and Repair" Giving that it was a recent installation and no other users are experiencing the same issue, if the "Detect and Repair" does not work, it may behoove you to just uninstall and reinstall Outlook...
