no luck with either. I can't view my settings for file and print sharing. When I select network connection the folder is empty. I can't browse anything.

As far as I can see the net start command only allows me to "start" the service not "enable" it.

I disabled the "server service" and it also shut down my computer browser. Now I can't acccess any of my files on my PC. The thing is I can't start the serivce the same way I disabled it. Can you enable this from command line???? Or will I have to edit the registry files??
