motherboard is p4 NB32-SC....onboard sound 1.7 ghz intel cpu Im using pc133 256mb ram its compatible and no bought from supplier not through mail. Cant check if it is the cpu as i dont have another board for the cpu to go into.

Thanks for the FAQ Kimbertech, but still nothing am thinking bad board. wlpysp no dip switches just jumpers and have tried various combinations. Have tried both pci and agp cards, pci card is working, everything is seated properley and the psu works fine.
