I have read on the MS support page (Q226515) that there are no limits to the size of a Public Folder. The largest we have is 1.1G. Has anybody seen any over 2G? I just want to be sure before implementing a new structure. Thanks Mojo

The easiest thing to do is to create a mailbox for each resource; i.e. if you have a conference room 1000, name it CR1000, that way all CRs appear together in the address book. There is also a good third party tool called AutoAccept that helps in the managing of the resources. good luck. mojo

I figured this one out. I uninstalled OWA, installed SP4, reinstalled OWA and then reinstalled SP4. All went fine. mojo

Go to exchsrvr\webdata\usa and open the root.asp in notepad. Look for this line: if cint(days) < 0 then days = 10000 Change the < 0 to < 1. I had the same problem and this fixed it. Watch after you install hotfixes and patches though...it changes the setting back to 0. mojo

In out of office you can setup a rule to reply also. You can also set it up via the Rules Wizard. mojo

Have you setup Deleted Item Retention? I would try that first. Just becareful because that space also counts against your Priv size. It will keep your priv larger longer. (ok, no jokes) We have ours set to 7 days and it comes in VERY handy. mojo
