I've exported data into Excel, and each record takes up two rows. How can I sort these records, and maintain the relationship of the data? In this case, I simply want to sort by record date...but need the multi-line data to maintain it's grouping... Thanks!

I think 'most are' compatible...as in the ones we use. It came with an adapter cable which had to be swapped out for the 'right one'. Give this one a try...works and fits great...$35! I use it on out IP710 and IP-600 phones...

So...we started with POTS lines, then moved to T-1 for quality...and now just switched to OptimumVoice (Cable) service (10 lines), which presents 'POTS' lines to the Altigen system. Voice Quality is great...and saving a bundle! But...I'm having trouble getting 'Transmitted CID' info to pass...

What does the Shutdown command do at the cmd prompt...works fine (although I use "shutdown /r" for restart). Was that your question?
