This is an intelligent work forum, and you're expected to do research before posting. You didn't mention in your original post that you had searched for something and not found it. So the post came across as asking for us to do work for you. No harm/no foul, really, if you did search for things (but you should have mentioned it). We just don't like slackers!
The answer to the original question is, yes, it can be done via PowerShell, which gives you tremendous control over who has access to which mailboxes. YMMV, of course.
