I would suggest skipping 5.1 and upgrading to the latest version 5.3 this uses ericsson license manager only down side is that you need to get the licenses direct from ericsson however 5.3 is now the only version that they will support

Check ASPAP 100 from memory this should be set to 3 for silent intrusion, this isint documented in ALEX or dynatext, no idea why however it does apear in bc11 &12 documentation

If your using windows 2000 and above you can start any of the services and it will automatically start others that it each service is dependant on. I think the same was for windows NT but am not sure, its been that long since i looked at an NT box

Ignore the 2 boxes that appear clicking cancel to both of them.

I have never seen this sort of fault on a spectrum wall board, have you tried making it the master temporalry in order to see if this has cleared the fault, if it come up with the green background its safe to assume that there is a hardware fault with the board
