Dear kochg, You do not mention why you need this information but I assume that you are looking at training yourself in one or the other (PRINCE2 or PMBoK). The key point is that comparing P2 and PMBoK (PMI is the organisation) as manuals (which each are) is like comparing apples to oranges...- ScottSpence
