this is a regular occurance i came across this loads of times as a servive eng you dont have to button the lpu all you have to do is pull the niu card out wait 10 secounds push it back in wait another 10 secounds then all should be ok

you cant have diff divert times as its set in the system data ie do a sytdp and look at cdnal and cdnas these are the divert times long and short thios is the only place you can alter divert times but this affects the times system wide ie for everybody
