Setting the diversion on no answer

Hai,

Where there is any option to set the diversion time for each extension (for eg. 555 wants diversion after 6 rings,666 wants a diversion after 4 rings ,777 needs the diversion after 3 rings...)The Exchange is BC10 CNA 140/R2A

you cant have diff divert times as its set in the system data
ie do a sytdp and look at cdnal and cdnas these are the divert times long and short thios is the only place you can alter divert times but this affects the times system wide ie for everybody

Hi Jeylek,

You can use the PE commands,

PELPI:DIR=555,ANSPOS=555,TIME=YY,CHO=1;
PELPI:DIR=555,ANSPOS=XXX,TIME=YY,CHO=2;

Where: XXX is the div. address.
YY is the needed div. time for ext. 555 (2-60 sec.)
You can add CHO=3 till 5 to repeat the div. to other locations with different times.
