I have a G3SiV8. Is there a way to change the setup so That you can either dial a 1 for long distance or not dial a 1 and still have it work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have a Polycom Soundstation EX connected to an analog port and it makes a loud buzzing noise when a all is in progress. Anyone ever have this problem? Is 2500 the optimal setting?
My company recently moved. Before we left we had Centrex lines running into the emergency power failure unit. When you called the main number it would ring at the attendant console and at an analog phone. Since we moved we now just have pots lines coming in and it will ring the analog phone but...
Thanks for your help! What I did was move the night-serv button to a different button and move it back to where it was originally. I did this for all three consoles. This seemed to do the trick. Thanks again for responding!!
I have a Definity G3siV8. We have three attendant consoles. One of the buttons on the consoles is labeled night mode. This light is stuck on. It doesn't seem to be affecting the attendants ability to perform his functions, but is unusual. Anyone have any idea what may be causing this?
Is it possile to print all stations with one command, as opposed to "disp sta xxxxx schedule" one at a time?
Also, is it possible to print Audix subscribers to a printer on a G3?
I guess my question would be, does the CMS have anything to do with agent skills? If we were to just shut off the CMS would agent skills still functon?
