I am trying to set up telecommuting to enable a user to remotely dial in and change the call forwarding destination.
So far I have set the telecommuting extension
I can dial into it and receive dialtone but as soon as I enter the fac for call forwarding the line goes dead or flatlines.
To me...
Hi,
True I would prefer if they didn't access the server using CMS Terminal. Although if this is the only way to access the forecasting reports then I might have to think about opening up access for them, but only in a last case situation.
Thanks
Sas
Hi all
I've recently installed CMS Forecasting and it is working well when used directly from the CMS Server. However I do not want to give the users direct access to the server and they would like to run these reports. I have checked under user permissions > Feature access and they have full...
Hi,
I am wondering if there is a way to pull a call back from an agent if they dont answer.
We have a problem here when every now and then an agent will walk away from their desk and forget to logout or go not ready. I am therefore trying to track down the best way to pull the call back and...
The only way that I have managed to get this going, is to multi-site the Intuity Audix and hang it off a secondary switch.
I cold find no way of getting the message waiting light working for both the Octel and the Intuity Audix when connected to the same site.

bump....does anyone know how to open port 23 on the LX.
I'm having this issue as well where I can't connect to the LX with ASA. the web interface is OK but I can't export any data.
If its just the Supervisor that you wish to change then start up the CentreVu Supervisor but dont login.
Under the tools menu choose the Options tab. Then select the Communications tab, you will see where you put the IP address of the CMS server.
Cheers, I have been looking into it and have asked for a quote on BSR. Figure that they will flag it if it gets to pricey. Would be good to play around on though
Also does anyone know anything about LAI (Look ahead interflow) and if this could do the job?
Hi, Am hoping someone can help me.
Basically we have two sites with call centres at both sites. The call centres are all currently fully contained within either one of the sites, therefore also all agents are located and login to just one of these switches.
One of the call centre managers now...
Thanks for your replies,
The site that I am at has an Octel voicemail and I cannot seem to get these options working with the Definity. However at another site where we do have an Audix they seem to do the trick. (unfortunately not where I want it to work though) Am I correct to assume that...
Hi,
I was hoping that someone would be able to help me on this.
What I am trying to setup is for a managers phone to be diverted to his secretary and then if she does not answer to go to her voicemail.
Its obviously easy enough to send back to his Voicemail but he does not have it and does not...
Scotty,
The ars code is the code that you will have set up to do the rerouting to you new office, the ars will then call a route pattern.
Where the route pattern will tell the system what to do with the call.
To add the ars code I think the command is add ars analysis (or digit conversion) xxx...
That amount sounds right, Tell me if I am incorrect but it requires a processor upgrade from anything below V7. Thats where the bulk of your cost is coming in.
