I am wondering if there is a way to pull a call back from an agent if they dont answer.
We have a problem here when every now and then an agent will walk away from their desk and forget to logout or go not ready. I am therefore trying to track down the best way to pull the call back and offer it to another agent.
From memory I thought there was a way to pull the call back from an agents phone if unanswered in a specified time period but am unable to find it the setting for it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
