    My issue simply is the pool numbers have been changed from 8XX to something else. I am trying to associate which pool the lines belong to. Can this be done without SPM?

    I know about the beeps & the soft rings...I was just looking for a way to make the offhook ring louder. The suggestion of cwc3. Will try it.

    Anyone experience this defect with the TDA product? I am being told by tech support that the TDA does not support ringing in the offhook mode, only a beep every so many seconds. WHat if the reception is in a loud environment? Any thoughts?

    On the Partner Systems, is there a way to screen calls or does the Voicemail allow the caller to announce their name prior to transferring to the extension? I don't mean listening to the caller while they leave a message then intercepting the call.
