Network two Norstars

I have 2 Norstars with 6.1 SW. In short, the Voicemail is shared and resides in system A. When I call from system A to an extension in system B, the call does not go to Voicemail. However, if I call from system B to an extn in system B the call goes perfectly to voicemail and light the light in the set on System B. I am missing something... Any Norstar geniuses out there? Thanks for your help.

All works fine, has MCDN ECT. Just the the issue as mentioned previously.

Take a look at your TAT and TRO and see how they are set up. It's under the Network Services heading.

Have you set up your target line for the set for external voice mail under telco features.

i am all set. target was not setup in vmail.
