I need to know how to id which poll a line is in without spm

Yes I do. I know how to get,into programming. My question is just how do I id a poll that the line is in

Go to Lines - Pools. The main "dial 9" pool is pool 70 in programming. Enter 70 and see which lines light. Those lines are assigned to pool 70. Then enter pools 80-89 to see which lines light up.

The problem is, the extn number range has been changed to 80X. So I do not know the pool range. Without SPM, I am now looking for a way to I'd the pool that the line is assigned to.

Merlinman, you're right. It should be 890-899. I'm a little rusty on Legend/Magix.

The process is called process of elimination! There are other number ranges other than 8xx! Try those...

My issue simply is the pool numbers have been changed from 8XX to something else. I am trying to associate which pool the lines belong to. Can this be done without SPM?

Not really, you need to "Print" the trunk report to find what you are looking for. Perhaps you can engage a vendor on this forum ro assist.
