You need to set the RROUID and LROUID on each end of the h323 route.
what ever is set as RROUID at one end must be set as the LROUID at the other end and vice versa.
use the RIANI command to set these parameters.
Hi,
I have 2 SIP trunks to Cisco Cubes. One is primary and the second is backup.
My RODDI has one SIP route as first choice and the other as second choice. Third choice is my local PSTN trunks.
when the cubes are both out of order the call is not stepping to the third choice. does anybody...
Yes you do need RTP resources for H.323 to SIP conversion.
you also need TMU resources if you want to be able to perform some extension functions such as transfer calls etc.
This will not work for any extension with a TRAF value of xx1515xx. Another way to achieve this is to use least cost routing to route the call to a route with no trunks assigned.
First you must remove the IP Extension with IPEXE:dir=xxxx;
then you remove the Generic extension GEDIE:dir=xxxx;
the number is now free to use as a digital extension.
The date of manufacture is printed on the small label on the front of most cards.
It is the label with the part number on. It is usualy shown as year and week number.
This will not show you when the PBX was installed but will show the age of the components.
There was a small software app that allowed you to change the address of the wallboard.
I may have it on an old CD somewhere. i shall try to dig it out.
I think that it was called wallboard.exe so you may be able to find it on the web.

Hi
I have 2 Solidus 4.1 systems, both at service pack 5.

That tells me where to use them but how do they act differently? I am currently installing a system with 9 DPNSS ccts and would like to know if the signalling is different in any way dependant on the type of steering code used.
I would also like to know what conditions I would expect to see if...
What type of signalling are you using?
I recently had a similar problem with a new CS1000E installation. I was using DPNSS to a CS1000T and SIP to the CS1000E.
The problem turned out to be the flexible tones and cadences were set up wrong. unfortunately I don't have the settings that made it...

Hi
I am in the process of installing/commissioning a new CS1000E & CS1000T. the CS1000T has several DPNSS links to a private network. I have found a few issues and would welcome all ideas.
1. When an extension on the CS1000E makes a call forward to a network number there is no DPNSS validation...
The LPU display codes section in Alex has 2 parts.
The first part details the codes from 10 - 116.
The second part details the codes 5xx - 90aa.
If you combine the information from both parts you get what you are looking for.
From the section detailing codes from 5xx - 90aa you get 32xx - no...

Scheduled reports are sent by the Report Service on the server. The report server is started using a Windows service account. The outlook account should use the same Windows serice account as the Report Service and Outlook should be running on the server.
Make sure that the logon account used by the CCM services to log on are created on the new domain and change the account details in CCM setup on the server.
without thois you may find that the services will not start.
