Hello,

Is there any way to find the Age of a PBX or when it was Installed

Thank You

The date of manufacture is printed on the small label on the front of most cards.

It is the label with the part number on. It is usualy shown as year and week number.

This will not show you when the PBX was installed but will show the age of the components.

I am logining to the PBX remotly and but I have access to the PBX through IP or some PBX's through Modem.

There are around 100 Ericsson PBX across the world which I need to get this information.

The Installation date of the PBX is the information I am looking for

Thank You

sorry, not possible.

only the label on the cabinet might reveal this info.

Hi,

There is EIC code for every exchange after BC10. If all systems are sold after BC10 than you can investigate from Aastra when these EIC numbers are created. If some of them are upgraded from an earlier version you have no chance except reading the labels.
