Solidus Position in Queue

Hi

I have 2 Solidus 4.1 systems, both at service pack 5.
one of the systems will not play inqueue messages if they include position in queue. Estimated waiting time is ok.

The Router Service Logs show that either no information or EWT time is passed to OAS in the Playlist and this is why it fails.

The second system is fine so it is not a software specific fault.

Has anybody seen this before?

check OAS logs and check for ALlocate Resource failiures.
do you have IP integration?

This is not a resource issue.

The Router Service log shows that the incorrect playlist information is being passed to OAS.
 
Well I seen that before and the configuration of the message is not known by the router service. So restart the router service and it will work.
