Okay. I was able to build the ACD. It will forward if the extension is dialed internally. If you dial the number from an outside line it rings directly to our switchboard. How do I make it NCFW to a long distance number. John De Leon

Ok. I made sure that CFXA was listed in CLS and it is. I also double checked my CFW and it's acutually set to 16. My CFWD used to work. I haven't made any changes, but now when I set it and call my set it still rings and goes to voicemail after 4 rings. What else should I check for? Thanks...
