I have an option 61c and 3903 phone. I would like to set my phone to transfer to my mobile phone. What CLS or other options do I need available on my phone programming in order to be able to do that?

You may also have to change in the CDB (CFO to CFF) this alows the phone to control the NCOS of the call.

CFO = NCOS of the originating

CFF = NCOS of the Forwarding phone.

Ok. I made sure that CFXA was listed in CLS and it is. I also double checked my CFW and it's acutually set to 16. My CFWD used to work. I haven't made any changes, but now when I set it and call my set it still rings and goes to voicemail after 4 rings. What else should I check for? Thanks for your help.

Do you need to add a 9 to dial out of your system? If so, did you define that in the number you are forwarding to?

Did you verify that your phone actually is forwarded?
Do you have a solid arrow next to the forward key?
Try taking it off forward and re-inputting the number.

Arrrhhh...duh...boy do I feel stupid...why didn't I think of that...that was the root cause...Thanks!

Because often the simplest solution, though it may be the best, is overlooked.

Glad you got it figured out.
