    Login as Administrator, open outlook, go to file/open/open other user's folder, type the name of the user and press OK. The inbox is selected by default. It's really pretty easy and you don't need to create any profiles.

    Irsmith, I'm running XP, lots of HD space. I have no trouble saving 60 min clips. Let me clarify... I do use the razor to cut the clip. It then allows me to move the clip around as though it's a separate clip, but I think it's all done 'virtually'. I've looked all over the place for the...

    write a batch file and use the "replace" command. it'll check to see if one file is newer than the existing file on the users' pc and copy the new one to the user.
