Is it possible to schedule an e-mail

Let's say every monday. Consultants get an e-mail reminding them to fill in their timesheets.

I know I could use Send-mail or a similair product but I was wondering if Outlook/Excvhange could do it.

Yes. Goto \view\options and click the box for 'Do not deliver before:' and put in the date that you want the email to be sent.

Why not use the calendar and setup recurring tasks, that is what it is there for. The solution is out there.
